The Public Trustee of Queensland is Trustee to the Lady Bowen Trust and manages the fund.

The Trustee is responsible for:

• ensuring funds are used in line with the intentions of the Trust;

• administering the Trust deed, and any future amendments;

• ensuring sufficient funds are available to assist beneficiaries and cover expenses;

• monitoring performance of the Board and client outcomes;

• seeking advice from the Board regarding changes to deed funding guidelines to provide more effective outcomes; and

• safeguarding Trust capital through wise investment and fund management.
