The Lady Bowen Trust aims to re-engage people who are experiencing chronic homelessness to achieve genuine, positive and lasting outcomes through targeted financial support.

Established by the Queensland Government, the Trust is an independent charity dedicated to assisting Queenslanders who are homeless and who have complex individual needs, to achieve the fundamental human right to safe and secure shelter.

Grants totalling over $70,000 to seven organisations announced

In December 2011 and  January 2012, the Lady Bowen Trust distributed funds totalling $76,424.00 to seven organisations to assist Queenslanders experiencing homelessness and in necessitous circumstances.
